They are still using intimidation tactics to silence current and past employees. Still dodging accountability when being asked about stolen money. Unlivable wages especially for how mental and labor intensive the job is. Paying less than 80k/year for backbreaking work is pure greed. When asked repeatedly to stop gossiping and slandering employees, the owners Danielle Rouso and Pat Parsi do not respect or acknowledge personal boundaries even when asked repeatedly to stop. These people believe they are above the law and the best thing to grace earth since baked bread. They will have members of their family come test your boundaries, smexually groom you to see how far they can push your boundaries. They hire people to stalk you for years if you dont fit in with the company's questionable culture. They pay people to come on Glassdoor and leave fake positive reviews praising "free lunches" which is absolutely insane the LEAST these greedy people can do is buy their hardworking employees lunch since they clearly are too greedy and selfish to pay a decent wage in 2026. Is a company that great if they cant keep up with inflation, yet they take the profit they could be sharing with the employees to go buy homes all over the country? Despicable and disgusting behavior considering they posture themselves to everyone else as a "community pillar" "giving back to the community" and "Holy Christians" give me a break!
