Pros

Everyone apart of the CEO, are stand-up people that I enjoyed my time with.

Cons

Everything else... To get a sense of what I mean, look at the titles of the other "reviews" on here and see how many are very similar, if not identical (ie. "Good product, better people"). Also, ask yourself if you were leaving a review on your employer (past or present), what would you think to mention? Would you think to talk about how it's a start up and what it is going to be doing, that its going to take time to grow? Or would you talk about your job and your day-to-day life? Also, notice how these positive responses don't have any comment from the CEO. Probably because he was the one who wrote them so didn't think to comment? He's a very small and extremely petty person who brings the attitude that since he's paying you, he gets a say in your life outside of work. Jus

Pros

Great place to work with a growing industry and top of the line technology. You can really provide value to home health agencies.

Cons

I thought it would be easier to get customers signed up. I still need to do a lot of learning about the industry and I think that plays a big role in my position. I think once I learn more and become more comfortable, it will help.

Pros

Downtown Offices with plenty of food options for lunch

Cons

You wouldn't get the time to eat that lunch. You would be monitored for the amount of time you spent and every minute, the CEO would be adding them up and keeping track. For how bad the technology is (glorified spreadsheet to track and organize a home-visit nursing squad) you would think they would HAVE to be better to work for and that they were steadfast in their ethics and values. After finding out the real answer, that they were the opposite of this, it was surprising. CEO uses the little charm he has to trick you into thinking this will be a great "next step" for you to take on during the interview process. Soon after you show up for that first day, you will start to see behind the curtain on how he treats everyone who works for him or with him. He thinks of himself as a customer and you (the employee) need to constantly meet his needs. "Customer is always right" is his motto for himself and you will hear how he talks to his support team overseas since the offices don't have doors (he likes it that way so he can know what you're doing at all times). He will soon start talking to you the same way. He will say something to your face and then do the opposite once your back is turned. He hasn't heard the word "loyalty" or "disability" before because he has none and calls out your shortcomings (which you disclosed to him confidentially) in front of your co workers. He will not only do that but he will go out of his way to humiliate you and be very disrespectful. Just avoid this company at all costs and go work at a coffee shop if you have to, at least you will be paid more serving lattes
