Promote good team work, generally kind managers, food on shift, motivation through incentives.

Service charge, overworked, over capacity shifts, burn out of staff, lack of mental health awareness, food had to be run downstairs on big heavy trays, difficult at times. Pressure, time pressure. Entitled customers
