      I have been with Big Voodoo for a few months now. The company culture is unmatched. Employees are encourage you to contribute, and are truly listened to. The work life balance at Big Voodoo is something that you don't see at most companies. You can tell they care about their employees and want you to succeed.

      Pros

      Big Voodoo Interactive is a great company to freelance for. They set clear expectations, provide reasonable deadlines and communicate well throughout projects. Payment is always on time. As a long-term contractor, I've been very pleased with the relationship.

      Pros

      Kind and trusting group of people that are motivated to make good work together. There's also a good work life balance and flexible WFH.

      Cons

      There's not really an onboarding process, so you do have to put yourself out there in the beginning and ask questions.
