Anybody who has the misfortune of working in the sphere of the owner will discover that they're powerless to truly do their job, especially if they have more knowledge and experience than the owner. When the owner loudly dresses down employees within clear view of the public, it doesn't exactly instill confidence that he's even remotely capable of leading a team of people. This company is in serious distress.
