Pros
Great supervisor, awesome coworkers, fast paced, plenty of hours to be had of you have to drive to take them and our upper management has been very awesome in regards that they are going above and beyond to make the heat we work in much more bearable, examples: pop cicles, cold drinks, brand new water cooling fans, relaxed dress codes and I'm sure they are coming up with other ways to help out since they have been doing for us regularly since I started and the upper management is available to talk to regularly and seen several times a day making rounds in the areas
Cons
So far I haven't found any other than the extreme heat but the upper management has taken steps to combat that with allowing a more relaxed but still respectful dress code and brand new water cooling fans
