The e-commerce space is moving way too fast and management isn’t able to focus on helping their employees develop. It is a nice safe place to work but if you want to really progress and grow, it felt difficult. Also the brand is very out of touch with younger generations who hold most spending power, which felt both concerning and frustrating as a millennial.
