You take the good with the bad. Good pay and bonuses raises the question of "is this worth it?" The answer, for me, is NO. Leaving Big Joe was like getting out of a bad relationship, very bitter sweet. People can only hear how bad of a job they are doing so many times before they actually stop caring and trying. Public humiliation is specialty of one of the owners, and if he didn't agree with you, the whole company knew about it. It was an issue for MANY employees, and the solution was to not take anything personal, and they are "working on it"
