      Pros

      Great Management/supervisor team, the owners and supervisors truly care about their help. Not only do they care about the well being of their employees but also their employees families. Supervisors are available any time. It is a friendly atmosphere. They offer uncapped overtime in the busy season.

      Cons

      I do not have any consider really but it's making me. I would say pay rate could be a little higher but other than that I have no complaints. I actually look forward to going to work each day.

      Family owned atmosphere, great training, work is fairly easy if you are good at trouble shooting.

      Cons

      Can feel like your on an island with covid guidelines currently. But not always like this. Besides that not much cons

      Pros

      Family atmosphere, great leadership, competitive pay, overtime available but not forced, accommodating, extremely involved in the community, and the company is constantly looking to improve their status as well as their employees (advancement opportunities)

      Cons

      I’ve spent the last 5 years 2013-2018 working for the Bug and I can honestly say that I have not one con to write.
