Pros
Awesome boss, who is very flexible at planning around our schedules. Amazing Coworkers mostly coming from sports back ground so from the start a common interest.
Cons
Working for a corporation where the leaders have not worked a shift in a store in twenty or so years. Its all about the sales, trying to pressure the employees who are not commission to sell at all cost. Unequal attire standards, maybe just my store but men have to wear a button up slacks and dress shoes, while the women can get away with pretty much leggings and "blouse" like shirts.
