      good flexible hrs works with your school

      Depends on your manager if you’ll like your job at Big 5. Also, the dress code sucks, like, If I wanted an office job I would’ve applied for one. 25% off regular price is your discount and that sucks too, basically just takes off tax.

      Pros

      Most employees were really fun to work with, life/work balance was great, taught me good life skills, good first job for work experience.

      Cons

      Barely got scheduled (pretty sure my location was way over employed), occasional rude and entitled costumers (especially during the holidays), could get very slow and boring at times, sketchy area, overal, not a great job if you're looking for something that pays well.
