Some of the reasons why, you should or may want to work at Bi-County Services, Inc. is because the staff and the clients are very friendly, easy to get along with, as well as the facts that you get treated well and you receive a decent paycheck every two weeks.

One of the cons of working at Bi-County Services, Inc, is that if you are working with a client (or consumer as BCS staff calls them) you might get hurt from them or you may hear one of them or more making sounds that are annoying, but that is the way that they communicate, therefore you have to be respectful towards them even though it may be hard.

Fellow employees were friendly and helpful. The patients were a delight to work with.

Chaotic scheduling. Little to no communication between the receptionists and the therapists. Cramped and limited spacing for therapy use.
