Steady job, usually no lack of work. Overtime sometimes available. Much to learn, complex problems to handle in some positions.
Cons
Sub-market pay. Only 10 days of PTO per year regardless of time served. Company paying the bills sometimes shuts down, forcing Beyondsoft employees to use that PTO.
