Ok pay and benefits thats about it

They watch you on camera all the time and get upset if you are not constantly moving. We literally have to go around and touch stuff. So many things that just waste time and do not make sense to do. Unreal expectations. They do not care about anyone that is under store manager and asm. I have no time do do anything because of the hours. I can not take any of my PTO. Because it is so under staffed if I am sick it’s a problem. They are taken away gratis monthly and making is quarterly. Not fair especially for the full time people. They make so much money I have seen what just the store I work at makes.
