2.5 years with Beyond Medical Group and my thoughts. - Assistant Manager Beyond Medical Group Employee Review

I have been with Beyond Medical Group for 2.5 years, and here are my thoughts. Adjusting was challenging at first as I moved from a government hospital to the private healthcare sector. It took time to learn the business, including doctors’ names, clinic locations, subspecialties, insurance matters, getting accustomed to the work culture and getting to know new colleagues. My bosses, Elayne Soh and Sean Mak, have been strict but very supportive and patient. They guided me, motivated me, and always made time to check on my progress and well-being despite their very busy schedules. With their trust and support, I gradually grew into my role and now manage the call centre and a small team. I truly appreciate the positive and supportive work environment. I am happy to be part of Beyond Medical Group and hope to continue growing with the company.
