--promote an egalitarian workplace from the top down via company-wide surveys and solicited feedback --one recent survey resulted in a 100% 401k match and 100% vesting after 1 month of service --small-company feel, comfortable atmosphere --Worldstock & local community philanthropy --encourage changing teams internally to learn different parts of the company & business
Cons
--not impressed with teaming and integration with key colleagues thus far --company is dividied physically between 2 locations; can make collaboration more challenging --my workspace is depressing and isolated --strict 9-5 on site/facetime; doesn't provide much flexibility or remote work opportunities --culture and values are preached but not necessarily exercised by all
