      Pros

      I have worked at Overstock for half a decade, and I can say this is the best place I have ever worked in my life. They really do everything they can to take care of you as an employee. They work hard to make decisions that will benefit you. They really do have a "we're all in this together" mentality and strive to make sure everyone who is there and works hard gets treated fairly and has all the opportunities as anyone else.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
