Unorganized, unsupportive administration, poor staff retention - Nurse Practitioner Beyond Healthcare Employee Review

There is no support staff for providers. Constant staff turnover. There is no structured onboarding process or training. Management does not address issues. Pay is low and benefits are some of the worst I have ever had. You are on your own as a provider, there is no medical director, no nursing staff, and management does not fully understand the role of NP or the regulations that need to be followed. Work environment is chaotic.
