Owners not professional - Retail Associate Beyond Deals Employee Review

They do not pay enough, they cut hours, we are always short handed. The owners don’t follow sick pay laws, they constantly change around the sales, when they see we have ‘desireable merchandise’ they will take a sale down. They overprice merchandise and the signing is confusing. We, employees, are the ones that have to deal with the customer complaints. There isn’t opportunity to advance. Family and friends of family have pivotal positions. Its only a 10% discount.
