Pros
As an Operations Manager you have the ability to work with clients with Disabilities and make decisions that directly and indirectly influence their lives in a positive way.
Cons
The company makes way too many managerial changes on a regular basis. The bottom line with Beyond Abilities is MONEY. Not how much money they can save for clients or their stakeholders, but how much money the owner can put in his pocket. Dedicated employees are used until they can be replaced by cheaper more fearful employees, then upper management finds reasons to discipline them until they feel they have a solid enough case to terminate the employee. If an employee has an issue with one of the upper management or the wife of the owner, they better not say anything otherwise the will be targeted. The owners wife has been given a made up title and receives a healthy annual salary and company car for doing nothing.
