Pros
Pro's would include... Fun projects with interesting clients. Some passionate and fantastic employees, some not. You can bring your dog! My dog loved being there!
Cons
Left due to an abusive atmosphere where employees are not cared for. Consistently worked 60+hr weeks. It was made clear that my time wasn't valued by the company. No work life balance, only work. Lack of management structure. Very few procedures for how things are done. Low pay.
