      Pros

      Free parking. Bring your dog to work. My coworkers are kind and smart. The negatives far outweigh any of the positives.

      Cons

      Fear based culture. Slow to change. Clueless leaders. No training and minimal opportunities for advancement. Lack of agency direction. Periscope is falling far behind other agencies.
