The privilege of working from home.

MICROMAMAGEMENT. Poor training, Incompetent members of leadership. Unorganized, BetterNight does not care about their patients let alone the employees. They only care about the money. This is the worst place to work. You will be micromanaged even during times that you consistently hit your numbers. Meeting KPI is extremely difficult most days. They have these meetings where it feels like you're being put on trial. Asking to account for 2-3 minutes here and there...Terrible! Me-"If there's no pattern, why are we here?" It was hard to not laugh. They did a huge layoff in March, and we were told that there would not be more, HA! The remaining employees were treated so bad that most of them quit! Extremely understaffed and they laid-off another 100 people last month. They're outsourcing everything. Patients waiting weeks/months for CPAP devices. You get cursed out and blamed for things daily that are out of your control. Patients are being overcharged. This place is a scam all around and constantly in trouble with Medicare fraud. My last day is next week and I'm not submitting any notice!

Pros

Great coworkers who are just as confused but awesome. Pay not terrible for starting

Layoffs are very common they will add insane amounts of work and force you to agree or say you have to quit and refuse to give you more training. Said it was an admin job when it was actually a call center. Horrible micromanaging but somehow they will ignore or not answer your questions correctly almost every time. Unsafe work conditions at offices and even worse micromanagement if you are WFH. Another review mentioned zero communication for company wide changes this is very true they will just change the SOP in their AI and not tell anyone about the change but then get mad you didn’t know. Managers would rather you hang up on a patient than wait for a correct answer. No room for growth they will just move you around or hire someone who will do your work for less. Clear favoritism and managers will act like you’re the problem when you question them or have complaints. This job made my mental health so bad, I was depressed every weekend knowing I had to go back and several of us cried on the job, I even had nightmares about this place while working here. I would never work here again even for triple the pay
