Fun coworkers, can be chill if you have the right team.
Cons
Huge turnover rate with both baristas and upper management. Upper management is completely disconnected from day to day expectations (45 second drive times with made to order fresh food and drinks? I don’t think so) Hours can range from 24 to 32 per week no consistency and drops with every new person hired.
