Pros
1. No Micromanagement (in my project): In my specific engagement, I had complete freedom to manage my work without unnecessary oversight. This helped maintain a healthy work-life balance. 2. Supportive Work Environment (varies by team): Day-to-day work was manageable, and immediate work pressure was reasonable.
Cons
1. No In-House Projects: The company operates purely as a service-based organisation relying heavily on OEM partners. This limits exposure to end-to-end project ownership and reduces opportunities for strong technical growth. 2. Lack of Managerial Awareness: Supervisors often do not understand what engineers are working on or the technologies involved. This leads to poor visibility for employees and affects career growth and performance evaluation. 3. Unfair Internal Movement: Internal project movements are not transparent. Opportunities often depend on pleasing higher management rather than merit or skill. 4. Poor Employee Recognition: There is very little appreciation or recognition for genuine effort, technical contribution, or going beyond responsibilities. 5. Unpleasant Exit Experience: The exit process was not smooth or employee-friendly, leaving a negative final impression.
