These guys simply have no clue what they are doing with their G2M strategy in the US. No consistency, no realistic targets, no leadership, no understanding of TAM, NO ethics. They overcompensate with a slightly above market base salary/equity offer, and fire everyone within a year before they can reach any of their incentives. The "GM of US Operations" (MS) can barely hold a conversation and has been leading sales. Spare your career and look for a job anywhere else.
