Overall atmosphere is ok, staff are friendly. Benefits aren't that bad

Wouldn't recommend to anyone... Crap wages, employees are not valued, they're treated as a number.. Their reasoning is: Don't like it? Leave! We'll replace you

The atmosphere is excellent and very friendly and relaxed, great bunch of people. Good flight refund benefit.

Wages are well below industry average and even coffee comes at a cost, some mgmt are so concerned about their image that they can be somewhat aggravating but nothing unbearable.
