Worst company(prison) - Software Developer Betasoft Solutions Employee Review

None of them are pros here

Working at this company was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had. The environment is extremely toxic, with no respect for employees’ time or mental health. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with only a 45-minute lunch break, and there is absolutely no flexibility. Even arriving 5 minutes late no matter the reason (traffic, rain, etc.) results in a half-day deduction. The salary system is equally frustrating. Salaries are credited only on the 15th of each month, and that too only if you haven’t taken a single leave between the 1st and 10th. If you take any leave, your salary gets delayed to the 20th. Sick leaves are never approved; employees are told to sit in the office even when unwell. The owner, whom most employees sarcastically call “Mr. Superior,” has a habit of insulting and defaming employees. He often talks about how everyone who leaves the company tries to “defame” it, as if no one else can have an opinion. He genuinely believes others are foolish, while he alone knows everything. He interferes in petty matters like when employees can drink tea or coffee, and has even shouted at HR and office staff for serving beverages 15 minutes early. He orders to turn off ACs during power cuts just to save electricity, even when it makes the workspace suffocating. The positive reviews you may see online are completely fake, just like their so-called HR department. The HR “profiles” don’t actually exist — if you’re told HR is working from home, don’t believe it. It’s just the owner handling everything himself under fake names. The workplace atmosphere is full of negativity, stress, and manipulation. Many employees leave within 1–2 months. Instead of improving things, the owner blames everyone else, saying: “All need free money those who wants to work will do any way.” I strongly do not recommend joining this company. It’s mentally draining, unprofessional, and offers no career growth or respect. Who ever review 1 star will become defaulter and have criminal case. All reviews are fake you can understood clearly the wording use in them.
