You get to meet and work with 'SOME' amazing people in the office. The work-life balance is cool.
Cons
A few dismal Managers, with zero managerial experience, ethical regard, or respect for the hard workers that get the job done. They are power hungry, and your hard work will feed their ego's, and promote them and make them look good in front of the 'CEO' of Praesidiad. You receive no motivation or recognition. Do not expect career growth opportunities, there isn't any, they do not believe in that. Do not expect advances in your salary, there are to many excuses. There is no office culture. No social events. no team building events. Employee retention is pathetic. And this is not just in ONE department or ONE branch... its across the board on a global scale.
