Hectic work near the end of project

there is no pros in the company

1. they give salary after 15 of every month in case there is a holiday then they will give your salary around 16, 17 or sometime after 20 of every month 2. there is no new project in the company they only have 2 project which is not that great 3. office is literally a 1 BHK in which they have setup benches like furniture that you have seen in private library 3. they dont have any coffee machine and the office boy is not good it will charge extra money every time when you order him to bring food from vendor 4. HR is very cleaver it ask new joiner to serve 30 working day free trial period for every employee and for every party and birthday celebration they will ask for money to its employee 5. worst managers they dont have any knowledge of development and how to run a company...
