Pros
* Great for entry level software developers * Flexible with WFH days * Offers medical insurance with a significant portion paid by the company (~75%) * Highly skilled team of SDET's to train with and learn from.
Cons
* Lack of upward career growth in the company * Raises were not implemented until very recently and are still below industry minimums * Odd pay scale (19/hr base rate + 10/hr automation work) = 29/hr * Company pays your base rate rather than normal pay for sick days * Only 3 paid sick days per year * No paid vacation * No 401k matching * Upper Management does not have visibility on the work of the Automation team
