After accepting the offer I waited an extra one and half month just get a start date. They rigged the system to only favour themselves. Little to no benefit available for employees. They prey on the desperation of innocent engineers. Poor management structures, Product owners and scrum master does not know left from right. All the do is just to bombard you with unreasonable task. Creating new feature is a painstaking process. So many unethical conducts going on in this company. Fake smiles, fake promises, and they always hiding the problems instead of tackling them.
