Pros
Great opportunities to grow and develop your career. Management was very responsive to your needs and questions. All my interactions were friendly and professional and I didn't feel like a number like you might feel in larger companies. They were always very fair and reasonable to all my needs and concerns.
Cons
They are a small company so many of the insurance (Dental/Vision, etc) costs are higher than other larger companies. The upside is its easier to navigate and get services or correct issues if they occur. Basic Life insurance is not part of the package.
