      Pros

      With time and dedication, you will earn a six figure income, quickly . They key is not giving up when clients say no. It’s a mental challenge, and not for everyone.

      Cons

      There are awesome bonuses before going to print. If you do not earn a bonus it will be difficult. Hang in there. Purchase extra food when you are paid a bonus. This will help on your way to print. Only the strong survive. If you are not a self starter, and can handle the personalities of your clients, this isn’t for you.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
