      Great, understanding managers. Flexibility in hours and semi-consistent scheduling. Understanding with college duties. Decent pay for part-time. Phenomenal response to COVID-19 pandemic with paid sick leave.

      Cons

      No PTO for part-time (despite working 38hrs/week during summer). No leadership/supervisor opportunities for part-time. Low percentage-based raises. Consistent short staffing.

      Pay, fairly easy to communicate, lot of work, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Big corporation, impossible to implement new ideas that actually work, they change things based on some crazy idea from a Executive that never had any hands on experience, they make major changes out of nowhere!
