Pros

-Depending on your store, great employee enviornment and social events. -Room for growth. I originally started as a Customer Service Associate and then transfered to Sales. -When one of my managers said multiple racist and microaggressive things to me and I reported them, the company did a thorough investigation which resulted in my manager being fired. I had not had a company respond as quickly and well as BestBuy did.

Pros

You get to meet with amazing coworkers.

Cons

Management is very bad, and they don't care about any of the employees; all they care about is hitting numbers and only numbers. Pay is low too for technology advisors.
