Pros

Like all of the tech. stuff we sell, store management very understanding when needing time off for medical reasons, discount

Cons

For being a fortune 500 technology retailer you would think that our computer systems and hardware (i.e. - registers, printers computer network) would work. On an average day in my departments we have to power down registers and network stations multiple times which sucks from a customer service perspective. Never worked for any one that pushes so much on the employees as this place.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
