      -Great coworkers, always motivated to do better. -Work-life balance was second to none.

      Cons

      -Never felt like the company really knew where it was headed. -Unless you were a merchant/buyer, career opportunities seemed few and far between

      Pros

      Travel to different store locations. On travel that requires a hotel meals are covered up to $80 a day. Mileage is reimbursed outside of 20miles from home and back.

      Cons

      You're required to have a car and it puts alot of strain on it and your body. You could be gone from home anywhere from a few days to a few months. Changes are very last minute.
