Pros

Easy to move up in the company if you are a good communicator and willing to do multiple tasks and learn about different types of technology to sale. It is a constantly changing company so be prepared to learn a lot of acronyms and business plans. They have tuition reimbursement for full timers, a great discount, and good health benefits including 401k and stock options. It depends on the store you work for, but the people are usually pretty cool I would talk to the staff before working at a particular store because you were pretty closely with them especially your managers.

Cons

The company is very innovative and constantly changing which is usually a good thing, but it's not if your in leadership they often change how many supervisors and seniors they have in each department. So if you are not a manager you can easily get demoted but your pay should stay the same. The other thing is that they have no tolerance for being late or call outs all you get is 3 in a 90 day time or you get fired. No one other than your wife and kids can use your discount or you will get fired, they track all your purchases.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
