Pros
Great people, all your co-workers are usually awesome and very helpful. Great employee discount on SOME products. Fun technology. Usually very flexible with scheduling and hours.
Cons
MANAGERS!!! I worked at 3 stores and at every locations managers were awful. They micro-manage and constantly focus on what you do wrong instead of what you are good at. Some managers were fine but if you are considering working for a store, go to the employees in the department you are likely applying for and get their feedback. I guarantee they will be honest... and probably dislike their managers.
