There is free tea and coffee and the occasional meet up at the pub after a long day With more care and attention to staff feelings, stress levels and expectations, rather than simply fire fighting day in day out, this company could be a great place to work
Cons
Very target lead. Everyone is aware of how much they are billing and how this may effect their jobs. It can get very hot in the office in summer Better care should be given to staff happiness and not only “words of encouragement” but actionable effort to help make their staff the best they can be. Piling pressure on individuals and making people aware of business targets that are out of their control, leads to deflated and unhappy staff.
