      Pros

      If you have basic math skills, attentive and listen to instructions well, this job might be a good fit for you. Most of the workers are also lovely and working with them is not daunting.

      Cons

      while the job is not hard, the cons are that the workload is very heavy, the hours are extremely long and shift schedule is draining meaning you have to work both day and overnight shifts at a minimum of 10hrs daily for your semi-weekly pay in some cases is incorrect.

      Pros

      The company has established a rare combination of good collaboration and scientific competence. In an environment of aggressive deadline and high standards, I was extremely thankful that the company had a supportive management team. Most importantly, the positive group dynamic (between and within departments) made communication easy and work enjoyable.

      There are no real cons to working in this company.
