Pros
Employees were personable, friendly, and I had developed great rapports with so many different folks at different levels within the firm.
Cons
The way they handle performance issues is total nonsense. Some of the folks in management should definitely not be managing anyone. Your boss will look you dead in the eye one day and tell you that you are doing a great job and they're proud of you and they don't just let people go--instead, they coach you in the areas where you need improvement because they value you. In the next breath, BAM, you're fired.
