Pros
You get 40 hours of vacation after your 90 days. You get a perfect attendance day quartly. They offer gym membership Reimbursement, They have 80/20 insurance . You also get two UTO sick days a year. You only work half the year , you get a referral bonus.
Cons
You’re treated poorly. They don’t appreciate their staff , you’ll have supervisors who pick their favorites. If you’re a temp it will take you forever to get hired on. There’s no communication between the front office and the departments. They don’t value their employees what so ever, it’s all about numbers. The pay is low.
