Pros
Moral is High very tight team Excellent with a capital E people, managers supervisors Foreman and co workers really take the time to make sure new employees are comfortable and doing the job correctly (and this is important) I must've asked 100 questions and not once was I snapped at or felt like I was bothering them Excellent Safety Mesures above and beyond NO expense SPARED not for insurance purposes these people actually care and you can feel that in thier voice, Open door policy the head of my department and managment is very cool anytime I need to speak about anything I dont feel awkward I'm surprised I didn't expect it coming from NYC alot of jobs I've had everyone is miserable lol not here
Cons
Of course no one is perfect but they come pretty damn close, I was hired through an agency so I missed a bonus but I'm 38 and hopefully plan to work here long enough to retire so we have time for that, but yes the cons - Lunch - you cant really cross the street for a slice or a soup so you have to bring your lunch unless you want to hurry up and eat and the break room is nasty they are fixing it but you cant really eat because its louder in the break room then it is on the floor sometimes dudes are just SoOoo thirsty for attention they have to amplifi thier voice and its not like 1 sentence they dont actually eat they just talk 30 min of yelling Also I dont want to recommend becuase I rather not have people mess up a good thing And the question about the CEO?? Really ? I dont see a dirty break room and food trucks or anything much he can or should do from what I know we have been up every quarter and our machines dont stop so thumbs up sir
