Pros
Berry has lots of overtime which equals great checks. Lots of opportunity to advance. Co-workers can be like family because you see them so much.
Cons
Pay scale for technical fields is low in comparison to the big companies in area. For such a large company, health benefits are very expensive and raise every year. Too many temps during busy part of year. I would like to see more interns apply for summer help.
