The partners are very approachable and professional, and my supervisor was the best. It's not a "stuffy" office, the dress code is relaxed, many colleagues are friends, and there is no shortage of mentors. Highly recommend and I loved my time at this firm. I started at this firm as a paralegal and returned as an attorney, so there is room for growth here.

BSG is a great place to work with partners who truly care about their attorneys and staff. The work environment is welcoming and supportive. I appreciate the emphasis on work life balance as that is something important to me. Also a plus when you like the people you work with and have the chance to go to many fun events!
