Everyone works as a team, great morale and encouragement at Berkley. Always feel comfortable bringing issues/concerns forward. Great reward system, what you put in matches what you get out. Leadership style is great.

Lies, even down to them not owning the cruise boat.... they did at least when I was there ( up to 2016 ).... while you're there telling the customer that you have nothing to do with the marketing company THEY are the marketing company and you end up at lying to them without even knowing it . Couldn't keep "sleeping at night ." then if you go to in-house they literally tell you you build up the dream in mainline now so I'm to tear it down so they buy more (points)....
