- Base salaries are below market base, especially for Managers and Senior Recruiters.
- Giving unfair preferential treatment to one group at the expense of another. People are often promoted or have their targets lowered not due to their abilities or performance, but as reward for their groomed relationship with the Directors.
- If you raise issues pertinent to your job you immediately become a target. Trained and unbiased HR is nonexistent so there’s not much you can do.
- “Associate Director”/ Managers are more focused on criticizing people in their own team rather than focusing on self-improvement and meeting their own targets (this isn’t an issue for them as a result of their groomed relationship with the Directors). Nobody in management is leading by example.
- Plenty of bullies at senior positions so your mental health could be badly affected.
- Making false promises regarding increase in base salary, bonuses & promotions.
- Gossip and drama are very much present and often takes priority over the actual recruitment.
