Nothing besides great colleagues and a stable paycheck on 15th and 30th each month.

High turn-over rate in admissions NYC department. 6-7 employees lost within 1 year for one department one team. Micromanaging processes; for example you must CC the director on all emails. Low pay with no discussions for salary increase after 1 year. Not an admissions job, this is more a sales job with bad leads. No one wants to attend the college. You never speak with students who expressed interest or applied. That describes the job
